The mission of
this department is to improve the student knowledge in the chemical synthesis
and analysis for pharmaceutical drugs, which will help then upon graduation to
conduct their work either in the drug raw material factory or in the Quality
control laboratories, as well as in their practice of pharmacy profession,
through their knowledge about the chemical properties of drug and, structure
activity relationship and Drug Design.
The department is
conducting a diploma course in pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Control for
the graduate pharmacists.
